The Bachelor of west Asian studies offers a unique opportunity for studying history with special focusing west Asian history, students from outside and inside the state of Kerala. It is a program that educates students in historical thinking in the most inspired way, focusing on both the academic and applied aspects of design. Being closely linked with the different aspects of history , the students are constantly being exposed to the latest trends and styles in design.

Program overview

The department started functioning in the year 2001.the college is affiliated to the university of Calicut with the A grade by the NAAC.

Program structure

To complete the degree, students must accumulate 120 credit hours during the six months of the programme. The first two years of study design students will be doing common design foundation courses regardless of which specialization they choose. Students will begin studies within their majors starting in year 3 during semester 5and 6. The subject Design for Specialization offered in semester 4 helps students make their selection. The core areas are functional Arabic.
