Seminar On “Beyond the Theory: Decoding Complex Realities Through Case Studies”

The Department of Professional Accounting and Taxation, EMEA College of Arts and Science, Kondotty (Re-accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC), successfully organized an academic seminar titled “Beyond the Theory: Decoding Complex Realities Through Case Studies” on 10 June 2026 at 2:00 PM in the B.Voc Hall.

The seminar was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application by emphasizing the importance of case-based learning in the fields of accounting, finance, and taxation. The programme provided students with valuable insights into analyzing real-world business situations, interpreting complex data, and developing strategic solutions to contemporary challenges.

The resource person for the session was Midhun P, Assistant Professor and Research Scholar, PG Department of Commerce, SNDP YSS College, Perinthalmanna. Drawing on his academic expertise and practical understanding of business scenarios, he engaged the participants with thought-provoking case studies and interactive discussions.
