Visit to Chenakkal MCF and Interaction with Expert on Sustainable Waste Management - The Bhoomithrasena Club at EMEA College of Arts and Science, Kondotty, in association with the Directorate of Environment & Climate Change and Suchithwa Mission, Govt. of Kerala, organized a visit to the Chenakkal Material Collection Facility (MCF) as part of their initiatives on waste management and environmental awareness. The visit took place on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and included an interaction with Ramachandran K, Junior Superintendent at Pallikkal Grama Panchayat. Mr. Ramachandran shared his expertise on the "Role of Local Bodies in Sustainable Waste Management." The event aimed to provide participants with insights into the practical aspects of waste management and the role of local authorities in ensuring its sustainability.
