Talk on Human Values and Professional Ethics

The Department of Management Studies, EMEA College of Arts and Science, Kondotty, successfully organized a thought-provoking talk on "Human Values and Professional Ethics" on 30 June 2026 at the Seminar Hall.
The session was led by Muhammed Assan, Head of the Department of Psychology, SAFI Institute of Advanced Study, who delivered an engaging and insightful presentation on the significance of ethical values, integrity, empathy, and professionalism in both personal and professional life. He emphasized that strong moral values and ethical decision-making are essential for responsible leadership and sustainable career growth.
The interactive session encouraged students to reflect on the importance of honesty, accountability, respect, and social responsibility in today's rapidly changing world. Through practical examples and real-life experiences, the resource person inspired participants to uphold ethical standards in their academic pursuits and future careers.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Sumayya M., Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, with active support from the student coordinator Anadhu (Final BBA).
