The event, titled "Unspoken: Exploring Family Expectations, Pressures, and Mental Health," took place on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the college's Audio Visual Theatre. The film JBaby was screened, followed by a discussion with a panel of experts, including Capt. Abdul Rasheed P, Sharon Ann Thomas, and Rahiyanath. The event aimed to raise awareness about mental health issues and explore the impact of family dynamics on individual well-being.
