EMEGA JOB FAIR 2025

The Career Guidance & Placement Cell of EMEA College, Kondotty, in association with the District Employment Exchange, Employability Center Malappuram, NSS, NCC, IEDC, and the 41st EMEA College Students Union, successfully organized the MEGA JOB FAIR 2025 on 16th August 2025 (Saturday).

The fair was officially inaugurated by Adv. Harris Beevan (Member, MP), followed by the presidential address of J.P.K Basheer MLA (General Secretary, EMEA). The event was blessed with the presence of J. Abdul Hameed Master (MLA, Vallikunnu Constituency) as the chief guest, who highlighted the importance of such initiatives in bridging the gap between graduates and employers.

Participation & Opportunities

• The fair witnessed participation from 50+ reputed companies across IT, healthcare, education, finance, retail, and service sectors.
• Over 2,500 job seekers from Malappuram and neighboring districts registered for the event.
• A wide range of job opportunities were offered, including roles for fresh graduates, skilled professionals, and experienced candidates.
• Companies conducted on-the-spot interviews, group discussions, and preliminary screenings, providing instant offers and further rounds of selection for deserving candidates.

Highlights of the Event

• Around 1,200 candidates were shortlisted, and 350+ received spot offers.
• The event created a vibrant platform where students interacted directly with recruiters and gained valuable insights about career opportunities.
• Career counseling desks, employability skill sessions, and resume-building support counters were also arranged to guide the participants.
