ChemQuest 2025 @ AMUP School, Puthurpallikkal

The Departments of Chemistry and Biotechnology, EMEA College of Arts & Science, Kondotty, jointly organized an engaging extension programme titled “ChemQuest” on 24th September 2025 at AMUP School, Puthurpallikkal.

The event was conducted in collaboration with the Science Club, AMUP School, Puthurpallikkal, and the Manchester Arts and Sports Club, Kumminiparamba. The initiative aimed to ignite scientific curiosity among school students and promote hands-on learning through interactive experiments and demonstrations.

The programme featured a series of chemistry-based activities and experiments that introduced students to the wonders of science in an exciting and accessible way. Students actively participated in the demonstrations, deepening their understanding of basic scientific principles through observation and inquiry.

The event was coordinated by Ms. Fairooz Jabeen Mokkan (Assistant Professor, Dept. of Chemistry, EMEA College), Ms. Sabina (Coordinator, Science Club, AMUP School), and Mr. Mansoor (President, Manchester Arts and Sports Club).

“ChemQuest” successfully combined learning and fun, fostering a spirit of exploration and scientific enthusiasm among the young learners.
